HOW TO RIDE

GET STARTED

• Download Movatic app & create rider profile (phone number required)

• Enter payment method and accept terms

RENT

• Select membership plan or pay-as-you-go pricing

• Using Movatic app, scan QR code on bike

• After rear wheel ring lock opens, remove cable lock

• Stop at public bike racks during rental using in-app lock/unlock procedure

• App may be closed during rental if desired

RETURN

• Park at an approved bikeshare station

• Press Lock icon in app to activate locking mechanism

• Press tab on rear wheel lock to engage security ring

• Insert cable lock to secure bike to station

• Check app for end rental survey and receipt

• Ring lock won’t open after rental started: Try using orange tab to manually release lock. Rotate wheel slightly so spoke is not pressing on lock mechanism.

• Ring lock won't close: May need to rotate wheel slightly to avoid hitting as poke.

• Lock tab won't budge: Re-open app. Try entire return process again. Be patient as lock activates.

• Cable lock is stuck: Try again. Give it a good jiggle.

• When in doubt, close and re-open the app and toggle off your wi-fi connection.
